San Fernando - Cielo
Cielo is a mixed-use project in central San Fernando that integrates housing, culture, and public spaces. Situated on Celis Street, it respects the city’s historic architecture while introducing a modern urban village with modular, light-filled residential units. The site features varied rooflines and open spaces, reflecting both traditional and contemporary styles. Ground-level areas include communal gardens, terraces, and shaded walkways to encourage community interaction. Developed with input from the Fernandeño Tataviam Band of Mission Indians, Cielo’s landscape incorporates native plantings and interpretive elements to honor local cultural heritage. The development aims to provide sustainable, welcoming spaces that support long-term neighborhood growth.
