The 8 eighth
The Eight is a 25-story Class A office tower in downtown Bellevue offering about 500,000 square feet of space with five levels of underground parking. Its location provides direct pedestrian access to light rail, transit, and freeways, and is close to hotels, restaurants, entertainment, and major retail. Featuring efficient floorplates and a high-performance façade, the building integrates exposed structure, balconies, and greenery. The development includes the Living Room, a unique public amenity designed for gathering and connected to local retail. The Pavilion restaurant at The Eight serves as an inviting entry with mass timber construction and an extended canopy that blends indoor and outdoor spaces, taking advantage of Bellevue's climate. The architecture aims to engage the community and elevate Bellevue’s skyline with its distinctive design.
